The much-lauded wrap-up post. . .

Finally, finally getting around to writing a wrap-up post for Tweet_Book 2: The Revenge of the Sequel. I finished off the first draft on Friday night (well, technically Saturday morning where I am, but I use Pacific time to give myself the largest possible window to get stuff done).

Statistics from this round:

• Just south of 71,000 words in about three months
• Apart from taking Sundays off (which I built into the rules this time around), still haven't missed an update.
• Average posting was around 700 words a night.
• Five (well, really, six) Supplementals posted -- at least eight coming down the pipe in the next couple of weeks.

I really had a lot of fun with this one. Editing's gonna be a bitch, though -- just looking around randomly, I realize I sacrificed language for story progression quite a bit. However, there's very little fat in the book, so it'll probably get bigger (rather than slim down due to cutting) as I edit.

Also, there will be a third Tweet_Book project, but it's going to be a little different this time around. Stay tuned -- I think it's going to be interesting.
